quality of repair and installation service to the users of commercial cooking

will strive to provide prompt, courteous and effective service to it's customers
at a fair price. The Company will not engage in any activity that could injure
it's good name and reputation. Company ProfileOur principal activity is to provide service and installation for commercial cooking equipment in the greater Chicago area. Major Appliance Service endeavors to competently service all commercial cooking equipment with the exception of microwaves and large rotary pizza ovens. For established customers, or to perform expected activity for a contracted manufacturer, we will service electrical counterware, dish machines, and waste disposal equipment. We will travel outside our typical area to maintain established contracts only. Major Appliance Service will also actively retail and wholesale parts related to it’s service activities. Our target customer is an operator of a larger than average kitchen, highly active or institutional in nature. A significant portion of our activity will involve performing preventative maintenance on a contracted basis for those targeted customers. Additionally, Major Appliance Service will act as an authorized service agency for selected equipment manufacturers who reflect a similar culture of activity of that of Major Appliance Service We will avoid situations that will develop into a conflict of interest between our “partners”. Major has been a proud member of CFESA since 1987.
Our business has thrived over six decades. Our present location was built for our needs in 2000. We pride ourselves on the use of state of the art technologies to manage our information and communication. We've invested in the future in order to provide quality service at an affordable price.
